Catherine

Catherine is a yoga teacher for the last six years, teaching all around the world from Bali to New York. With a safe and gradual approach, she incorporates core work to build strength and progress to advanced poses. Her classes are both challenging and enjoyable.

Amaya

For Amaya, yoga means achieving balance amidst life's demands and connecting with her emotions. Her classes are invigorating and playful, aimed at unlocking the true self through yoga.

Joshua

Joshua is passionate about teaching yoga as a lifelong journey of self-reflection and realization. His classes combine various influences, primarily Hatha with Katonah Yoga breathing techniques and theory, alongside additional techniques learned over time.
